not sure if you've seen this site http://www.eve-market-guide.com it's a great service they offer, but the data they use is never up to date. If possible, this service would make a great addition to the member services on offer.

try setting the uploader.exe to run as administrator mode. I have nfi why it needs it, but it seemed to clear up most of the headaches for me.
